The verification code hasn’t arrived on my mobile, what should I do?

If you haven't received the verification code, please double-check you’re using the correct mobile number and then try resending the verification code. You can do this in the app by clicking on ‘Request new code’.

 

If this hasn’t worked, please contact our Nooli Support Team by clicking on ‘Get help’ in your account section, and we’ll be able to investigate this further for you.
